Wow! Five bedroom, five bathroom, pool and spa home with game room, and second play gaming station upstairs, sleeps up to 12 easy! Master Bedroom has large king bed and private bathroom on main floor. Another spare Half bathroom on main floor near game room.
Upstairs has another Master King bedroom with private bathroom, third room is queen bedroom with shared bathroom, fourth room is queen bedroom , room number five is one bunk bed with two full size beds so it can sleep 4 easy with a private bathroom, upstairs has a second large living room and gaming station! Home is fully furnished and comes stocked with linens , towels , dishes , cookware , and games for the kids, towels for the pool and covered lanai area to sit out side to enjoy pool rain or shine, located in a awesome resort with a clubhouse , lazy river pool , bar and grill , all within walking distance from the Villa , for those days that you don’t feel like going anywhere ! you could have the luxury of having all right at your reach and not have to drive anywhere! There is a one time fee of $35 for your group to get bands to have access to the clubhouse in the pool area. You would take your reservation information to the clubhouse and list every one of the names in the party up to 12 people and they will give you bands , you do have to pay by credit card or debit. They do not accept cash..
Free wifi. Pool and spa can be heated for $30 per day extra and payable after booking if you want it.
Please note if outside temps drop below 53 degrees , the pool heater wont work until temps raise above 53..
Grill is on a pay it forward system, please refill bbq tank if it runs empty.
