Positive: A much improved stay this time compared to my stay 2 weeks ago. The heating and hot water were all sorted and back on-line thankfully, so a much warmer stay this visit. The property is located in a peaceful and quite area, the bed was comfortable, plenty of clothes hanging space and a good size desk.
