Apartment in Serre Chevalier, in a chalet built in 2012 by artisans from the valley (Pierre de lauze and local larch).
Exceptional environment in a preserved village, in absolute calm but 5 minutes from the slopes and shops.
High standing services. Parquet in all rooms.
Living room of 24 m² (opening by large picture windows onto terrace and garden), with fireplace (wood provided), free WiFi Internet and JBL sound system.
Two double bedrooms with 160 cm beds (high-end hypo-allergenic bedding) and a dormitory organized in a mini living room for children (4 beds in bunk beds plus a pull-out bed, TV, DVD player, XBox game console, board games , comics, ...).
Television in all rooms.
Two bathrooms (a shower and a bathtub), 1 separate WC.
Ultra-equipped kitchen (induction table, Nespresso, microwave and traditional oven, dishwasher, washing machine, raclette and fondue machine).
The apartment is on the ground floor, with direct access by large picture windows onto a garden and a 25 m² terrace facing south, equipped with a table for lunch in the sun and sun loungers with breathtaking 180 ° mountain views (from Prorel in Monétier les Bains).

From the chalet, departure on foot for walks and hikes in winter and summer. Regional products in the Ferme des Guibertes at 500 m.
End of stay cleaning is optional. You can do it yourself or ask the person who welcomes you to do it. The price is 80 euros.

Summary: "We had a wonderful holiday in this apartment. It was clean, tidy, had loads of space, was very well-equipped and was a joy to come back to after a long day of skiing. The view was marvellous and the heated ski locker was excellent.We are all looking forward to returning next year for another successful holiday! M Portier (the owner) was very helpful and answered all of our queries before and during the holiday. Merci beaucoup."
