Summary: The studio is very nice, exactly as pictured! It was very clean when I arrived. Kitchen is stocked and there is an automatic icemaker in the freezer - nice. Excellent view, easy access to the beach. The maintenance staff was very friendly. The owner is very responsive to messages. I stayed with my pups, and I appreciated the nice "potty place" for them. I was happy to see that it's watered automatically, the sprinkler system washes the urine away so there is no stale smell. Dog Beach is a 1/2 mile away; it was very nice.
