Vamo Villa, 1739 Joyce St, is a 2 bedroom 1 ½ bath home, with beautiful, original terrazzo floors. It has just been refreshed with butcher block counters, new sink and paint. It is decorated in a vintage "Old Florida" theme. There is a covered carport for parking. There are queen beds in both bedrooms. We have several other properties in the Nokomis area. The YMCA is nearby with exercise equipment, Olympic size pools, saunas, whirlpools, tennis courts etc. They offer daily and weekly memberships. It is a quick 5-mile drive to "The 2nd Best Beach in the world" Siesta Key and Gulfgate with great shopping and restaurants.
