Bella Casa is a wonderful new single storey villa for 2022 of Signature standard, sitting peacefully in a quiet area of Jesus Pobre, on the outskirts of Javea. This majestic villa has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and offers a good deal of privacy. All the bedrooms and the lounge have air conditioning, two of the bedrooms benefit from super-king size beds and one of the bedrooms – which is accessed from the exterior – has its own separate lounge area. All the bedrooms are ensuite. Of particular note is the master bathroom boasting both tub and shower but perhaps the real showstopper is the huge picture window allowing you to gaze out over the Spanish countryside while soaking in your bubble bath. You also have a Smart TV here allowing you to watch all your favourites from your own subscription service and a kitchen plus utility equipped with everything you would expect from your home away from home.
However – it is once you venture outside that this villa really comes into its own. From your covered terrace coming out of the house and your open pool terrace you have amazing countryside views. You also have a very handy spacious pergola. Large enough to accommodate both a lounging area and a dining area and equipped with both a sink and fridge which we advise you keep well stocked with handy cooling beverages. This pergola stands separate to the house and offers a much-needed respite from the Spanish sunshine when you’ve had too much but also a wonderfully atmospheric ambience if choosing to have your evening meals out here.
