As soon as you step inside this breathtaking villa, the foyer will usher you into an elaborate open living area. Reminisce on the day's activities with the whole family in one of the comfortable sofa accommodations that features a 75-inch SMART TV. The chefs of the family will be ecstatic to prepare gourmet meals for all in the fully equipped custom kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. Start your day off right with breakfast at the massive central island and have a family meal around the large dining table in the formal dining space can seat 16at the table and another 10 to 12 at the island and bar.
Step out onto your private pool deck with a private custom pool that features a massive spillover spa. The sun shelf has 4 water loungers, 2 water tables, 2 classic lit bubblers for an elegant finish. Spend the day sunbathing in one of the 10 sun loungers that surround the pool while you listen to the sounds of the calming waterfall from the water slide. Then have some fun on the cyclone water slide. Enjoy a freshly cooked meal from your summer kitchen at one of the other outdoor dining tables that seat 12 and while you enjoy your time out on the pool deck, turn up your favorite hits as you connect to the Bluetooth sound system.
Upon entering the ground floor, you will find a master suites with king-sized bed with its own ensuite bathroom and SMART TVs. Head on up to the second floor and you will find 5 more master suits with king beds, SMART TVs and ensuites, 1 more suites that include 2 double beds, SMART TVs and ensuites and then find a massive 10 bed bunk suite with 2 full bathrooms with a SMART TV. The fun will never stop with a massive slide that slides just off the bunk suite from the second floor down to the first-floor arcade where you'll find yourself immersed in a fully-equipped arcade, complete with, dual Lane Masters ( mini bowling), dual Racing, air hocky and multi arcade game counsel.. This villa is ideal for entertaining with two private games rooms and a home media center. Play a round of knockout in the indoor basketball court or play a game of pool on the 7-Foot Pool table, or grab a drink from the centrally located themed media room wet bar. Are you in the mood to relax and watch a movie instead grab some popcorn and have a movie night the whole family can enjoy in the media room.

We have taken great care to build this masterpiece with with plenty of fun including the largest private pool with slide and oversized spa, an awesome arcade with full size commercial machines, a basketball court, ect, ect. If you are looking for other attractions and amenities we will be happy to provide you a list of local public golf courses, water parks and putt putt.

Summary: 5/5 Stars!We absolutely loved our stay! The house was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed.The location was ideal - close to supermarkets, shopping and attractions yet quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood was friendly and felt very safe.Rick was an exceptional host, extremely responsive and accommodating. They provided clear instructions and recommendations, making our stay seamless. He even contacted me during my stay to ask whether we needed anything. We celebrated my son’s 15th birthday with friends and family. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bunkbed room was incredible! The teens all stayed in that room which had two bathrooms. There is a slide to the game room from the second floor which provided a lot of entertainment. The living area was extremely spacious and beautifully arranged. There is even a bar area next to the kitchen with its own sink where the coffee station was. We put all the snacks for the kids there. The kitchen was absolutely gorgeous!!!The outside area was also fantastic! The pool is gorgeous and has a slide. There is an amazing grill, tv, plenty of seating. This house has everything you need for a fun filled weekend for all ages.We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay. We can't wait to come back!Thank you, Rick, for sharing your wonderful home with us!
