Rear Guest House - Cottage Only 1 Mile to the Beach! This Cute Guest House has the charm and comfort of a small beach cottage. It's Super clean and custom built. Fully furnished with all utilities included. One queen sized bed and one single leather futon lay flat bed. Air Conditioning, Wireless Internet-TV-Netflix-Movies, Dutch Door, Full Kitchen, Inside Washer & Dryer, Beautiful Custom Bathroom with Dual Shower Heads & sitting bench . This cottage is really cute and modern. It's like living in a resort! We have a 3 guest maximum occupancy. The freestanding guest house has a beautiful kitchen, bathroom, LAUNDRY, heat and air conditioning, nice landscaping and a Dutch door. It has a separate bedroom area that is open to the main living space with a privacy curtain. The shower has two separate heads and a sitting bench and the refrigerator & stove are full size. All newer furniture, bed, desk, TV, WIFI. This unit sits behind our home in the back and off the street. There is plenty of street parking and a private rear gate to access the unit. We are a family living in the front home and want to make your stay perfect. This is not a party home and more than 3 guests requires advance approval. It is in a quiet neighborhood one short mile to the beach, marina, pier & beach bike bath. Great location south of LAX Airport. The unit faces the back patio of the main house. Guests will have the entire private cottage to themselves and access to the back patio area and BBQ. ALL GUESTS MUST BE INCLUDED AND RESERVED IN YOUR BOOKING AND WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY OUTSIDE VISITORS OF ANY KIND! 3 PERSON MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. THIS IS A NO PETS & NON-SMOKING PROPERTY!

Summary: My husband and I live in Massachusetts. Our daughter’s husband is being treated for cancer. We wanted to come out to help the family and looked for a substitute for a Residence Inn. We have stayed in VRBO rentals for over 20 years in both the US and Europe and started there. We chose Larry’s Casa (built for Evan’s ailing father, who passed away before the apartment was finished). We have been enjoying Larry’s Casa for over three months. We will choose to stay here every time we can when visiting our daughter. We most value privacy, convenience, and price when choosing a place to rent. During the entire time, Evan and his family have preserved our complete privacy while living in the main house a few feet away. Evan has nurtured a tall screen of tropical plants. It is beautiful to look at from inside the apartment or on its porch. It also creates a feeling of living in your own cozy piece of the world. By convenience, we mean we value a rental that is equipped to live as if we were home. Larry’s Casa has a full stove and refrigerator, and a full size washer and dryer. It includes a comfortable couch that is also a convertible sleeper. The bed is comfortable. The shower is fabulous, with a rainforest overhead shower and a shower head that has a removal ring shower on a flexible metal hose. While there, we had sufficient kitchenware to cook with multiple pots and pans. And when we did have a problem, like needing replacement batteries for the door lock, Evan was immediately available to quickly solve the problem. Larry’s Casa is more than a substitute to a Residence Inn apartment. It is less expensive and offers more conveniences in the apartment. It is more private and feels roomier with lots of light from multiple windows and a Dutch door that you can open halfway. We have stayed in other VRBO rentals in this area when our goal was a comfortable, affordable extended stay. This one is the best.
