Every day is a vacation when you're enjoying picture perfect sunsets overlooking the Legacy golf course from the stunning pool & spa. Large natural grass yard. Amazing master suite. Large, bright, open kitchen and living area with fireplace. Kitchen includes beautiful granite counter tops and new appliances. New washer & dryer included. Spacious garage (1 of 3 garage parking spaces will be filled with owner's personal vehicle). 15 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport in a gated community. 1/2 mile to Walgreens, CVS, Target, Fry's Grocery Store, and several restaurants. ***Pool is not heated Nov-Feb***

Summary: My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this South Mountain residence. The house is located in that sweet spot where it is easy to get to from the airport and freeway, but far enough away that there isn't any noise pollution. If and when we are heading back to Phoenix in the future, this house will be the first place we look into to stay.
