The Space:
Welcome to Sunswept unit 804 right in the middle of Orange Beach, Alabama. This 8th floor condominium is a top floor, 2 story unit with a separate balcony on each level overlooking the beach. The 2 bedrooms are located on the main floor as you walk in the unit. Each bedroom has an en-suite bath with privacy. The main bedroom is located beachside with a private balcony with wonderful Gulf Views. Up the stairs you will enjoy a comfortable living room with the 2nd balcony with that same Gulf View from a level higher. The open kitchen is just behind the living room and is well equipped for your in-room meals and preparations. Also, find a half bath for your convenience, a stack washer and dryer and a bonus outside roof space where you can hangout and catch a birds eye view of Perdido Beach Blvd and maybe a gorgeous Alabama sunset.
When you are ready for the fun and sun head out to the large pool with plenty of room for you sunbathers and a large flat grassy area for the kids to run around and burn up all that energy. A gated boardwalk takes you a short distance to the beach and the surf. Feel free to bring your own beach supplies or rent chairs and umbrellas from the rental company that is onsite during the busy season. This is a beautiful stretch of beach where there is plenty of room to spread out, find your spot and let the vacation begin. There are also a few grills along the front of the building when you want to grill a steak or perhaps a fresh catch from a day of fishing.
One of the extra treats at Sunswept is the location. Rouses Market grocery store is just across the street headed east and Neighborhood Walmart just across the street headed west. You can walk to several restaurants, grab ice cream, or buy beach supplies, all without having to get in your car.Alabama's best coastal restaurants are just a short drive in any direction. Come stay with us not only in the summer but for events like The Shrimp Festival in October, The Mullet Toss in April or see some of the biggest names in music at The Wharf Amphitheater.
