Summary: Well-kept property, great beachfront/gulffront view. Exterior of property impeccably clean, including pool area. This condo unit has been upgraded, but still shows some mild wear and tear, although nothing that in any way diminished our pleasure in staying there. Only regret is that there are no beach chairs in the unit, so we rented from the service on the beach at $15 per chair, per day. Despite this, I strongly recommend.
