Beautifully Remodeled, Pet Friendly, 1 bedroom and loft 2 bathroom condo in the heart of Mammoth Lakes. Enjoy a comfortable condo with all new kitchen, bathrooms, floors, bedding and a wood burning fireplace with wood provided. Smart TV with cable and streaming in the living room and master bedroom. Conveniently located close to town, Little Eagle Lodge, Sierra Star Golf Course, Green Line Shuttle Route. Enter the condo on the second floor of the building using outside stairs. The first floor is the Living room, Dining room that seats 4, Gourmet Kitchen, Master Bedroom with a comfortable king bed and Bathroom. The second floor is the loft sleeping space with a queen bed, a full bed and a twin bed and another full bathroom. Sunshine Village has a year around Jacuzzi and Summer Heated Pool. There are 2 outside parking spaces available. There is a game room with a billiard table, a ping pong table and a video game in the lobby of the Sunshine Village condos. In the summer you have access to BBQ areas throughout the complex and a Tennis Court near the swimming pool at Sunshine Village. Coin-operated laundry facilities located in the common area near the office (please bring your own quarters). COMPLIMENTARY INTERNET and CABLE TV are provided, however NO REFUNDS will be given for connectivity problems or Internet failure. TOT LICENSE 807-0104

Summary: stayed at the property during a super snowy weekend. Very comfortable and roomy for a group of 6. Great location to the mammoth lodges. Only thing missing was a shovel as we were hit with a big snow storm and i couldn't find one anywhere. Would definitely look to stay here again in the future.
