Kitchen and Dining Area
The open-concept dining area offers a breakfast bar, combination seating for six, and a low-profile hutch with fun family games. In the kitchen, you’ll find all the essentials you need to prepare meals, including a handy Keurig coffee maker and a sleek under-counter water filtration system for fresh, purified water anytime.
Living Room
The living room features a sectional, two chairs, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the waterfront balcony. There is a twin-sized air mattress also available. Turn the dining table into a card player’s paradise with our casino-grade octagonal felt table top. Four folding chairs, poker chips, and cards will accommodate up to eight players.

Master Suite
The master suite features a king-sized bed, two nightstands, flat screen TV, a wardrobe, and incredible views of the lake. The master bath features a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features another king-sized bed, flat screen TV, nightstands, and large closet.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a twin-sized bed, plus nightstands and a closet.
The second bathroom is located near the second and third bedrooms and features a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.
Outside
Out on the waterfront balcony, you will find a comfortable seating area for four, convenient bar with barstools, drinkware, barware accessories, and a wall-mounted ring toss game, and a gas BBQ grill.
Dock
Down at the community dock, there is a 12'x36' boat slip available for rent, plus a personal watercraft slip!
Neighborhood Description
The Monarch Cove complex features three pools, two hot tubs, and a community dock. This complex is centrally located on Horseshoe Bend in Lake Ozark, just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, Osage Beach, and tons of lakefront bars and restaurants including JB Hooks, Baxter’s, Shady Gators, H-Toads, Backwater Jacks, Dock Knockers and so much more. There are also boat rentals nearby!
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• The complex has a "nuisance smell" policy and weed is not allowed to be smoked anywhere on the premises, including the balconies.
