Summary: We had a great time outside of staying at this property. The only reason we booked this property was for the private pool and the hot tub. We get to the property upon check in and discovered that the hot tub was not working. I messaged the property management and was told that the air blower button had never worked and that there was no way to heat up the hot tub at all even though on the side of the house there was clearly labeled hot tub and pool heater system. The pool filtration system was also not working and had dirt and debris. Half of the outlets didn’t work or would work for a day and then stop working. There were several switches that went to nothing and we never could find light switches for the outside lights to be able to sit on the deck at night and couldn’t find a light switch for the kitchen. We also had issues with the living room lights that would strobe sometimes when you flipped the switch. On the plus side, the property was very clean and check in and out was super easy.
