Negative: The swimming pool in the vacation home was broken. The water in the pool was filthy with dead bugs and a dead frog, the water had a nasty film all over. The pool was out of service for three days. After being serviced the water was cloudy with debris and bugs that continued to stay in the water. We were very disappointed, we spent a hefty amount of money for such poor service. Soltera Resort is a lousy place to spend your vacation .The neighbourhood was very over crowded. The club house was always over crowded. Parking lot to small and always full. The neighbourhood had garbage in front of most of the house everyday. The neighbours played music day and night. I will never stay at Soltera Resort again. I would not refer this place to anyone. DO NOT GO THERE !!!!!
