Currently in our 6th year, Sunshine Daydream has been established as a desired property on the island. Individuals, couples, groups and families alike have enjoyed the house and a number of guests return every year. We are a nightly/weekly/monthly vacation rental in the heart of Old Town Key West. Conveniently located on a one-way street 1/2 block off of Duval St (in the Gallery District) the house is walking distance to galleries, shops, restaurants and the southernmost beach is a short 3 blocks away. The open floor plan and high ceilings make for a spacious living space with 2 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen), 2 bathrooms. Off of the master suite, there is a sitting area with French doors that open up to the pool. The French doors continue into the living room and open up to your own private saltwater heated pool, tropical foliage and an outdoor shower. The large kitchen includes stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and your own wine refrigerator. The generous sized front porch offers an additional sitting area to enjoy the Key West sunshine. You can pack light, as there is an onsite washer and dryer. Oh, parking can be tight in Key West, but don't worry; the house includes an off-street parking space. Please note, the house is only advertised through HomeAway/VRBO and Airbnb. The house usually has either 5 night or 7 night minimum night stay depending on the season.
