This cozy cottage called Sunshine Daydream, features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and has beautiful wood ceilings and ceramic tile throughout. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and plenty of storage space. The Master bedroom has a King bed; the first Guest bedroom has a Queen bed and the second Guest bedroom has 2 Twin beds that can convert to a king bed. Newly furnished and lovingly prepared this island home is sure to provide you the relaxing vacation you want. The maintenance-free yard is spacious and the backyard is fully fenced.
Two bicycles are available to enjoy touring the island. Free Wi-Fi and a front loader washer and dryer are available. This lovely home is located on the south end of Manasota Key close to Stump Pass State Park, 1.5 blocks from deeded beach access, and less than a mile from the public Englewood Beach, restaurants, and shopping. Swim, fish, boat, and play in the Gulf of Mexico to your heart's content. If you bring a boat, there is boat trailer parking on site.
The famous Stump Pass, the Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve, the backwaters of the Beach State Park, and the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico, are all well-known for their excellent fisheries (among the very best in the nation). Manasota Key is a quiet community with a sense of Old World Florida with easy access to local bars and restaurants which makes this an ideal location for your relaxing and convenient getaway. You can walk to the nearby restaurants and bars as well as the mini-mart for last-minute essentials. There is also a free shuttle service if you choose not to walk.
