Positive: Great price for a two bed one bath cottage super close to the beach. Has lots of room with a cute porch. Loved the vintage vibe and beach decor.
Negative: Probably should be tented for termites instead of leaving a spray bottle. One of the burners didn’t work and the handle in the shower was broken. Window units.
