This home has just been purchased (June 2022) and fresh on the short-term rental market and what a perfect vacation home it is! This light/bright property ticks all the boxes for the perfect home away from home experience. Highlighted by the sunny southern rear elevation overlooking the long view of lake. Upon entering this home, you will know you chose well. From the front door you will be able to look through the sliding glass doors at the view. The kitchen has oak cabinetry and comes equipped with all the modern appliances you would expect including a French door refrigerator with ice maker. The Great Room has a vaulted ceiling and has been set up with leather sofas, where you can comfortably enjoy the large flatscreen TV fitted with ROKU for your streaming convenience. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed with beach cottage style furniture including nightstands, dresser and ceiling fan. The ensuite bathroom is spacious and offers dual vanities, walk in shower, tub and private WC. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed, while bedroom three has two twins. These bedrooms share the 2nd bathroom. There is also a large room set up as a den/office. Ideal for guests wanting a private space or for guests needing to work away from home. But Florida is the Sunshine State, and the pool area is what makes this home so special. There is a large, covered lanai and big deck area to soak up the sunshine. The pool was recently resurfaced and can be heated if required (addition cost applies). The view is due south, and you have the longest view of the lake from this home. Enjoy the sun bouncing off of it or the abundant wildlife it attracts. Sabal Harbour has a great location, with convenience stores like Walmart & Publix just a few minutes away. The UTC mall is also quickly reached, and the location offers an easy drive to the areas award winning beaches.
