Positive: This place is quiet, fenced in, with a huge yard but opening the door to find the gem of an apartment. I won't go anywhere else. The cleanliness is next to none. Sunshine Beautiful is an amazing room that has a rounded shower, laundry in the room, beautiful furniture, a cold fridge, waters in and out of the fridge, a coffee maker, and a magnificently comfortable couch. Thank you very much, Sunshine Beautiful🙏
Negative: It's 3 miles from the house I've been renting for months now. This house was bought, being renovated during our 30 days to leave notice that we got last week. The water is shut off, and I needed a shower in the worst way. I was incredibly surprised and happy right away. **a pool would be incredible ** But, Sunshine Beautiful is amazingly clean, what a fantastic stay for surprisingly a great price ( even without the pool 😉 ). I live on this sandbat called Cape Cod. There is no lack of water.
Summary: Sunshine Beautiful .. I won't even bother looking into a different place to stay again.
