Embracing all the charm and magic of this beautiful town, Casa Bella Vista, has sweeping views framed by graceful arches that invite you to sit and gaze as you sip your morning coffee or afternoon margarita. Located in a secure, gated community in one of the most sought after neighborhoods, close to Parque Juarez and easy walking distance, 15 minutes, to centro, where you will experience the best San Miguel has to offer. In Centro there is a host of restaurants that include everything from four-star elegance to corner walk-up taquerias. You may walk at your leisure among museums, galleries, colonial churches, historic landmarks and of course the shops where you will find everything from antiquedades to hand-painted pottery and dishes to jewelry, clothes and souveniers. Back at Casa Bella Vista, upon entering you are greeted by a dramatic curved stairway circling a majestic tree. Lush mature flowering plants, hibiscus, bougainvilla, jasmine fill the outdoor areas, along with giant Cyprus, Grapefruit tree and palms. The living room area is comprised of an elegant living room/sala with a spacious outdoor arched terrace which is graced with equipal for lounging and a table and chairs for dining al fresco. From the terrace the view is spectacular with the steeples of the Parroquia sparkling in the distance, along with the Sierra Madre mountains in front of you. The den has cushy upholstered seating and flat screen TV. There is a elegant dining room and a powder room. On this level The gourmet kitchen opens onto a private patio with a lovely fountain. The spacious kitchen has a table and chairs, perfect for a tasty breakfast. The kitchen has lovely ceramic plates, glassware, flatware, pots and pans. Everything you need for preparing and enjoying your meals. There are three bedrooms located downstairs. The master has a queen bed. The adjoining terrace overlooks a grass lawn with a fountain. The master bath has an arched framed oversize tub whose domed ceiling is beautifully hand painted in a soft pastel motif. The second bedroom has two twins and access to the same terrace with table and chairs, as the master. The third bedroom has a queen with a natural stone shower in it's private bath. All bedrooms have private baths and ample closet space. There are all new linens and towels. You will not be missing anything as you are provided with Internet, Cable TV, telephone and washer/dryer which the maid will use to do the laundry. There is a garage if you happen to drive. This is a bright, light filled, gracious casa where you will appreciate the master craftsmanship and attention to detail which characterize the perfect San Miguel sanctuary.
