Positive: The location for us was Excellent a 1min walk down to Poniente Beach, restaurants, coffee shops and a mix of different shops along the promenade, small supermarkets, Gift shops, clothes shop ..... there was a washing machine, oven, microwave and dishwasher, lovely large Sun facing balcony. there are two buildings enclosed by a high brick wall lovely gardens well kept and entry is by key code secure parking is available with some of the apartments there were different Play areas for all ages, the Heated Swimming pool a plus, Tennis courts, paddle court, basket ball. court too. Luis customer service was excellent, any time I WhatsApp or called him, he was very helpful.
Negative: With two families, ideally house them in the same building , it makes it easier for the families to help each other specially when there is small aged ones without having to leave the same building. No facilities to hire tennis/paddle rackets :( shame. There were 2 forks and 15 Knifes, in one apartment in the other they provided they soap in the other there was none. more attention to detail is required at the time of preparing the Apartment facilities for the new arrivals. we would have benefited with a inventory list of the existing damages, this would be a good idea, as there were many. I have to say that when we brought this to attention to the management ( Luis ) of the missing items, they were very quick in rectifying and replacing them.
