This first floor unit offers a spectacular panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico right from your Livingroom and has ability to sleep six guests with a king size bed, a queen size bed and a sleeper sofa.
There is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit for your use and convenience. There is a 42" LCD television in the living room with a Blu-Ray DVD and access to Netflix, if you have an account with them. There is a 46" television in the master bedroom and a 31" television in the guest bedroom.

Summary: I am not giving a 5 star to this property due to some description that says, property was renewed. Yes I can tell it was renewed but it was a long time ago since the kitchen is very old. A couple of examples, you enter the master bathroom and there is no switch to turn the lights on inside of the bathroom, both bathrooms have sink stoppers that gets stuck and do not come up again. They have chairs on wheels that are waiting for an accident to happen that may cause big trouble. Those are details that did not jeopardize our stay, on the other side the views and proximity to the beach are wonderful. The overall evaluation is a place a recommend especially if you are budget conscious.
