Welcome to Sunset Siesta! Be among the first guests to this newly constructed and tastefully decorated five-bedroom, a five-bath villa that will accommodate up to 14 guests. Located directly on the Gulf-front white sandy beach with a private pool, spa, and beach access.
The home has many amenities including spacious decks with Gulf views, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and an island seating five. Plenty of seating for family and guests at the large dining room table overlooking the Gulf. All rooms are spacious and four of the five bedrooms have en suite private baths. Flat-screen TV's in all rooms. On the second floor, you will find a bedroom with a queen-sized bed with an additional twin trundle, a custom closet, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom on this floor has two bunk beds. One is a full on the bottom and twin on top, and the other one is a twin on top and bottom. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. The third floor consists of a huge master suite with a king-size bed and vanity. This bedroom and bath are exceptional with custom tile work, a soaking tub, a huge shower, and a private deck overlooking the Gulf. It also has a large custom-styled closet. The fourth bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The last bedroom also has a king-sized bed with a private bath, and a tub/shower combo. The laundry room has two washers and two dryers as well as plenty of cabinet space and a sink. There is also a wet bar with a small fridge on this floor.
The house has been furnished and decorated by a top interior designer and is designed for ultimate comfort. This Mediterranean-style custom home has the perfect relaxing feel you need on vacation.
A large private elevator offers easy access to all three levels. The sunset views over the Gulf are spectacular as is the cooling Gulf Breeze.
The grand finale is relaxing by the heated pool or in the spa. You can unwind as you enjoy the Florida Sunshine. Come visit Sunset Siesta for your ultimate vacation experience!
NOTES: We book Saturday to Saturday and a seven-night minimum is required. NO pets allowed! The minimum age to rent is 30. Luxury Vacation Rentals also provides beach chairs for your stay.

Summary: My large family rated this house, the best house we’ve stayed in on vacation. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. The kitchen and living room gave us enough space that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We all loved the pool and the whirlpool. However, the best part was how close we were to the beach. We highly recommend staying here!
