Therefore, there may be a variety of animals that roam the property, such as deer, turkeys, etc. Finally, we professionally treat our property for pests; however we are located in the woods, and do not offer refunds if a bug is found in or around the property!
Please note that we unfortunately do not provide firewood for the fire pit as large piles of wood tend to attract critters that we would prefer our guests to not have to deal with. Many neighbors sell firewood bundles by the roadside or you can buy from Price Chopper store which is few mins away.
Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather. Please purchase travel insurance to avoid disappointment.
