An oversized deck wraps halfway around the home, including a sitting area and outdoor dining area with a gas grill. Stairs from the back deck offer easy access to the Oceanwood complex pool and beach path.
Ascend the exterior stairs to the main level of the home, and you’ll be greeted with lots of natural light, wood flooring and an open concept floor plan. The living area features a sectional sofa, three comfortable club chairs, a flat-screen TV and a wet bar complete with a minifridge. The porch areas can be accessed through the living room..
The kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances and is fully equipped to prepare meals for your guests. The dining area, located just off the kitchen, has seating for 8 with 2 barstools for additional seating.
Oceanwood 112 comfortably sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. Two bedrooms, powder room and laundry room are located on the first floor. The first bedroom has a queen bed and an attached private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an attached private bath. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the second floor.
