You will feel spoiled as you enter this beach chic 2 bedroom, 2 bath, second floor quiet end unit in Port Royal Village on the north end of Hilton Head Island. With its many updates and upgrades, this unit is sure to fulfill all of your vacation wishes.
As you enter the unit you will be greeted by the completely updated kitchen on your left. New granite countertops and brand new appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker, make the fully equipped kitchen easy to cook up a delicious meal after a long day at the beach.
The kitchen opens to the large living area with dining room table with seating for 6, new leather couch and chairs, and 55” smart TV with DVD. The living room sliders open to the large, private balcony overlooking the 9th hole of the Barony Golf Course and a tranquil lagoon. New balcony chairs and tables make the area perfect for relaxing.
To the left of the living area is the master bedroom with a king bed, slider doors to the balcony, flat screen TV with DVD player, and walk-in closet. Across the hall you'll find the recently renovated master bath with marble top vanity and an ornately tiled walk-in shower. Also in this bath is a washer and dryer for your convenience.
To the right of the living area is the guest bedroom with two queen beds, slider access to the balcony, flat screen TV with DVD player, and a private bath with new granite countertops. This room also includes a private entrance and wet bar complete with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.
The front porch overlooks the parking right outside the front door and includes a bench perfect for reading a book or working on your laptop.
The beach is a quick walk away, but if you're tired of the sand, you can always dip into the refreshing pool. Devonshire also offers a community charcoal grilling site nestled on the banks of the picturesque lagoon, complete with picnic tables.
