This three-story coastal stilt home comes fully furnished and has plenty of room to entertain family and friends. An open concept main floor greets you as you enter the contemporary home! A fully stocked kitchen includes all new stainless-steel appliances, cookware & dishes. Spacious dining table & nook plus large eat-at island will seat 13 people. A powder room is conveniently located off kitchen, and an open concept living room with a 55" smart Roku TV for entertainment make up the first floor.
High speed Wi-Fi & Spectrum cable tv is provided throughout the house.
The house boasts 4 relaxing bedrooms to comfortably sleep 9 guests.
All bedrooms have their own 35" Smart TVs for personal use!
The Captains Quarters style King Bedroom has 3rd floor top story views & a dedicated office space desk overlooking the marsh! An on-suite shower with double vanities bathroom is attached as well as a sitting area in the bedroom.
A Queen bedroom with sitting space & an on-suite shower bathroom is on the 3rd floor as well overlooking the Island & Intracoastal Waterway!
The 2nd floor Queen bedroom has marsh views for miles! A Twin bunkbed & twin daybed room with books and boardgames complete the guest spaces.
Both 2nd floor bedrooms share a hall bathroom with large vanity and bathtub/ shower.
A complete 2nd floor laundry room with washer, dryer & ironing board are for guest use and convenience during your stay.
The spacious large driveway can accommodate 4+ vehicles or truck & boat trailer.
This property is dog friendly and has a private yard!

You can also use the day dock while boating (after launching from the public boat launch in Surf City) for brief stops at the house for lunch, bathroom break, refill cooler, etc. The dock is located at an adjacent lot to the house on the Intracoastal Waterway. *Please inquire for details of location if you would like to use the dock.
*A dock use liability waiver must be signed before use!
