Built in 1895, this historic lakefront cottage has over 500 feet of lakeshore on Lake Minnetonka, with beautiful panoramic views of the lake from every room. It sits next door to the Minnetonka Yacht Club and is within walking distance to the Deephaven Beach. Its 1.2 acre lot allows for plenty of off-street parking and privacy. The property's flat elevation also makes it a great spot for outdoor games and activities. It has 2 private docks that are great for swimming, sun-bathing, fishing, and kayaking from.
