Summary: First the front door did not have a lock, second half the beds had old sheets on them we had to change and cleanliness was poor. Had an elderly handicapped person with me and just confirming arrangements no one called back. Stayed last year with a different firm had zero issues, House is ok it was just not managed well and again no lock on front door we had to change sleeping accommodations since several were afraid to sleep downstairs. With what we paid this should have been much better handled.
