Upscale appointments include a spacious Gourmet Kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and big center island. This is the heart of the home and a perfect gathering place, with a living room and dining area on one side and lovely sitting area on the other. Step outside onto one of four balconies with partial bay views to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with drinks in the evening. In addition to comfortable living spaces, this property has a spacious layout of cheerful bedrooms and bathrooms with excellent privacy for large family vacations or multiple families vacationing together. Master bedroom suite is your own private retreat from the world, with turquoise tray ceiling, big flat-screen TV, and adjoining bathroom and soaking tub. As a four-story property, this home has a unique design feature where guests can look down into the kitchen from any level of the staircase for a wonderful feeling of openness and luxury. Facilities include Indoor/Outdoor Pools, Clubhouse, state-of-the-art Fitness Center, shoreline Walking Paths, Bayside Beaches, Interactive Fountains, and much more. All of this, and just a short drive from the Ocean City Boardwalk & world class golf. This property is only available for a weekly rental with a Saturday check-in dates and FlexStay (check-in any day of the week - 3 or 4 night minimum) during the off-season. PLEASE NOTE: Our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored. Building Registration Fee: $110 gets you 6 facility & 3 parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week. An additional $110 Surcharge will be added to SSI Registration Fee for ALL Rentals during Bike Week. Check-in is 3:00-5:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Guests will receive an email with check-in instructions 8 days prior to arrival, including steps for late arrival. Guests who book last-minute will get check-in instructions once their reservation is confirmed. Linens are NOT included (sheets/towels). Guests have the option of bringing linens or purchasing Linen Service for an additional charge (please let us know no later than 7 days prior). Linen Service may not be an option in the case of last-minute bookings. Soaps, detergents, cleaning supplies, trash bags, and paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins) are NOT included.
