Make a gourmet meal in the high-end kitchen, complete with new stainless steel appliances and a double oven. Or just relax on the private porch and balconies, in the soaking tubs in the master suites, or in front of one of the six high definition, flat screen TVs. All of the amenities that make Sunset Island Ocean City's most exclusive resort begin just outside the door, making this an unforgettable vacation experience for your family (or multiple families). Prior to your arrival beds will be made with clean linens and bathrooms will be supplied with fresh towels. Non-smoking. No pets, please. About Sunset Island Sunset Island is OC's premier gated community, boasting luxurious amenities in an ideal location that is central to all this resort town has to offer. This private, 37-acre island offers every amenity: stunning bay views, walking trails, indoor and outdoor pools, an interactive fountain, fishing/crabbing pier, clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness center, three private bay beaches, the Landing restaurant, market, boat docks and a convenient mid-town location at 67th Street. This property is only available for a weekly rental with a Saturday check-in dates and FlexStay (check-in any day of the week - 3 or 4 night minimum) during the off-season. Building Registration Fee: $110 gets you 6 facility & 3 parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week. An additional $100 Surcharge will be added to SSI Registration Fee for ALL Rentals during Bike Week.
