This property has nice views of the bay and is steps away from the clubhouse, pools, private beach and fishing pier. You just cannot beat this location! There are many custom upgrades throughout, such as a gorgeous gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, upscale appliances (new cooktop & stainless steel convection wall oven!), and adjoining bonus sunroom - great for entertaining or just relaxing together. In addition, this property was just upgraded with new carpeting, new HVAC system, and new furniture in the master bedroom. Step outside onto the furnished front porches for a peaceful spot to enjoy bay breezes and a lovely view at sunset. Get a great night's sleep, with comfortable sleeping for 12 (and no one having to sleep on a pull out sofa!) Wi-Fi is provided, as well as a 2-car garage & parking pad for a total of 3-car parking.
