Enjoy many activities lake Chatuge and the GA mountains have to offer.
Private beach! Fishing and swimming paradise! ( from Spring to early Fall).
Bring your poles and gear. Use our kayaks and life vests (from April to September only). Safe swimming for kids. Low boat traffic. Limited access to the lake. Bridge clearance is about 4ft to 5 ft.

Gentle yard slope for easy lake access (no steep stairs to the lake).
Close to town for shopping & multitude of activities.
Blazing fast Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Boat and jet ski rentals are available at near by Marinas.

Summary: We were in Hiawassee for an event at Anderson Music Hall and the property is conveniently located near town. The mountain views from the back porch are excellent and the house is well maintained. Brasstown Bald was a fun hike too! I would recommend this house for others looking for a winter vacation.
