Sunset Cottages Unit 5C-Bask in this updated, Two bedrooms with one upstairs with a queen bed with pillow top mattress, private bath with tub and shower, Flat screen 32" TV, sitting area, desk and balcony. Master is on top floor which gives you a lot of privacy. Second bedroom hosts a queen size bed with pillow top mattress, 32" TV and balcony. Bunk area with two twin great for the kids. Shared second full bath with tub and shower between the bunk area and second bedroom. Living room hosts a queen size sleeper sofa, Flat screen 50"HD LED, WIFI capable tv, Stereo. Plenty of nice linens provided. Fully stocked kitchen with all stainless appliances and dining area for 4. Balcony with French doors off of living and dining area. Full size front loading washer and dryer dryer in unit. Laminate flooring through out. No carpet. Graco Pack n Play. Wireless internet.12 Cup/K-pod Coffee Center. This condo truly feels like a home away from home. This unit is on the 3rd floor with two floors inside unit like a town home. Top floor in complex. Stairs to enter unit. No elevator.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat
