West Mountain Ski area in view. Two-tiered deck, stone patio, & open floorplan living/dining/kitchen. Use the private dock to swim off of and/or dock your own boat - deep water. 2 double & 1 single kayak, canoe, & paddleboard available to guests. Good for family reunions or retreats. Be close to everything yet away from it all. Rental includes 1-bedroom in-law apartment enhancing the home by providing 2 kitchens. Property is on 5 acres and is only residence onsite. Over 600 feet of waterfront and private dock with a splash island mat. Two double kayaks, 4 single kayaks, a family-sized canoe, and 2 paddleboards available to guests that wear appropriately-sized life vests. Giant patio and fire pit facing west for viewing perfect sunsets. The main house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and lots of square footage and the attached in-law apartment adds 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and additional kitchen. The main house has a large 9' ceiling basement for rainy-day fun including ping pong, foosball, floor hockey, kickball, etc. Giant playset, kids zip line, monkey swing, and outside basketball hoop on site for families to use as well. Guests can bring their own motorboat/jetski and the boat launch is at the Hudson River Boat Launch on Big Boom Road, Queensbury (5 minutes away) and boat upstream to the dock. Owner will be available by phone or text. Home has a tankless, on-demand hot water heater for endless hot water. Washer and dryer available for guests to use. All linens and towels are provided. No cable TV but Roku, Netflix, and Amazon Prime.
