This is a unique home. Surrounded by nature.
Close to the city . Great sunsets and very relaxing nature atmosphere.The beach is 45 minutes away by car. Cerro Chirripo. Nayaca Falls. Dominical.I also recommend Manuel Antonio National Park.
The space
This unique place is very spiritual. It has the luxuries of a modern home (hot water, a/c, WiFi, cable,) but, it also lets the guest enjoy the freedom that comes with the open space, no walls between you and nature. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the sunsets.
The light switch for the kitchen is the same as the bathroom light switch.
There are two friendly dogs on the property. They bark. So if you don’t want the dogs to wake you up, just let me know and I will board them.
They are rescued dogs.
During the Summer, the gardener will water the plants at around 5 pm every day. But the watering is out side the home.
Other things to note
There will be people watering the landscape and the plants.
Also twice a day a neighbor comes and feeds the dog.
There are cámaras for guests protection.
