With her lush tropical setting and swim behind waterfall, you’ll swear you’re in a tropical destination of the Southern Caribbean. Everyone knows that, in the Luau Towers, “West is Best”, and this unit is a shining example of why. Destin is famous for her sunsets and this Westerly facing unit provides the perfect venue to enjoy a relaxing afternoon cocktail while watching the amazing multi-colored sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico!
Meticulous care went into making this unit a tranquil and inviting space for weary travelers to unwind. In addition to a recent 'facelift', including new flooring, fresh paint, new Queen sleeper sofa, and upgraded TV, guests of this unit will enjoy the personalized beach inspired motif which is carried throughout with tropical furnishings and unique touches that make this unit feel like your very own 'home away from home.' With a king-sized bed, a brand new May 2019 Queen sofa bed with chaise, and separate living/dining areas, we can comfortably accommodate a family of four. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors are your gateway from the living area to your private balcony where you can enjoy those amazing sunset views of which no two are the same, yet all are spectacular. Upgraded amenities unique to this unit include keyless entry (no standing in line for check-in, just drop your things and head straight to the beach!), flat screen TV. A well equipped kitchenette boasts tile countertops and floors, as well as a microwave oven, compact fridge, and sink, and is fully stocked with all dining necessities like plates, glasses and utensils. For your added convenience and enjoyment, we have also secured a private storage area where guests will find beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and a cooler for your exclusive and unlimited use throughout your stay.

DO NOT FALL FOR THE AMENITIES CARD MYTH! When booking directly through the Resort, they will charge you 14% of the total charge for your stay for access to Resort amenities (not an optional charge). IT IS NOT FREE! For most 'free' activities, you will pay an additional fee, even after paying 14% for the amenities card.
We provide many items to our guests for free (really free). However, for those items or activities we do not provide, all guests are given a list of local contacts who can provide you with many activities/services at a rate lower than the rate the Resort will charge you for those same 'free' services.
For example; beach Set-ups are $30 per day, per person, through the Resort and include chair and umbrella. We provide all of our guests unlimited use of our beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and cooler for free!
Resort booked guests pay the 14% fee for access to Sandestin Fitness Center and Pools. The Luau fitness center and pool is FREE and is restricted to Luau guests only, so no overcrowding and heightened level of security.
