Sunseeker Haven located on Anna Maria Island at 302 24th St North Unit B in Bradenton Beach is a light, bright upscale two bedroom two bathroom vacation getaway. It is nestled between beautiful Anna Maria Sound and the turquoise Gulf waters. Enjoy the entire spacious upper floor of the two unit condo. You have French doors opening up to your private balcony with a great view of the bay, with sunrises that will take your breath away! Our top rated sugar sand beaches are just a 3 minute stroll at the end of this quiet residential street.
Sunseeker Haven is peaceful retreat featuring an open living and dining area with a fully equipped updated kitchen and with a full size washer and dryer. There is a 52” flat screen television in the living room, and a 32” flat screen television in the master bedroom.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, en-suite bath with a garden tub/shower, as well as a large walk in closet. The second bedroom features a queen size bed with adjoining bathroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa.
You’ll also have a one car garage with additional parking in the driveway. Enjoy your time at this vacation home away from home. In the garage there is a cart with an umbrella and 2 beach chairs and beach towels for your convenience to take over to the beach, as well as beach bikes for your use.
Excellent shopping, dining and entertainment are all conveniently located throughout our seven miles of paradise. You can catch the free Anna Maria Island Trolley within one block from this home to explore everything there is to offer, whether it is down to Historic Bridge Street or all the way to the north end to Pine Avenue.
