Wonderful park-like setting creates an idyllic atmosphere for this 2-level, reverse living home. The upstairs level features vaulted ceilings with natural wood paneling providing an open and airy feel. For your entertainment, Mulligan 7 features a two-car garage, in the garage, you will find bikes and plenty of wood for the fireplace. There is parking for 4 in the driveway. When you are ready to make a meal you can cook in the well-equipped kitchen or out on the gas BBQ on the upper deck. Sit and partake of your meal at the dining room table that seats 8 or outside on the patio furniture. Upstairs has a wood-burning fireplace and comfy leather furniture, perfect for unwinding while watching a movie on the large flat-screen TV or reading your favorite book. Level 1: The two downstairs bedrooms have king-sized beds as well, each with a TV and Blu-Ray player. A nice upstairs wrap-around deck and hot tub is the perfect place to take in a magnificent sunset or a beautiful starry night. There is one twin versa tri fold bed in each of the downstairs bedrooms, which makes additional sleeping for 2. Level 2: The third bedroom is upstairs it houses a King-sized bed, which has its own small deck for those romantic evenings away from the group, plus a large soaking tub in the bathroom.
