The great room features a huge sectional sofa and shiplap feature wall with gas fireplace and 65" 4K Smart TV. For your convenience, living room includes a dry bar with dual-zone wine and beverage refrigerator. Sliding glass doors open to a retractable awning covered front porch with a modular sectional to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. Breathtaking kitchen with gorgeous 8’ Carrara quartz-topped island in fully stocked chef's kitchen featuring Matte White Café Series appliances with a 6-burner gas range with griddle and double ovens, dishwasher, built-in microwave, and French door refrigerator with water and ice in door. Beautiful beach-friendly luxury vinyl plank flooring and upgraded finishes throughout enhance the hospitality of this condo. The Master Suite has a luxurious king bed and private bath with 6’ double vanity, custom tile and full-width glass enclosed double shower. Queen beds in bedrooms 2 and 3 plus two twin bunk beds in bedroom 4 with plush mattresses and pillows.
