Rent a pontoon and boat out to the Atlantic Ocean, or just explore the five major lakes and the historic Dora Canal and Mount Dora! Veteran owned and operated three bedroom, 2 bath home with garage, heated swimming pool, large fire pit for family cookouts, and large dock! Nestled in the perfect location on a peninsula almost completely surrounded by beautiful Lake Griffin. Get up early, fix a cup of coffee, have a seat in the family room or at the pool or on the dock and watch an array of daily sunrises during your stay!
Large single story 2400 square foot house. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Super large master bedroom with private bath. Glass slider opens to private seating area next to the pool. Two other bedrooms share a large bath and private patio on the other end of the house. Large recently updated and painted kitchen with stainless appliances. Family room and enclosed Lanai share an awesome view of the pool and lake!
Home is located on Lake Griffin in the Harris Chain of Lakes in Central Florida, thirty minutes north of Orlando and Disney World, and 90 minutes from either the Atlantic or Gulf coasts. Our vacation rental is virtually off the grid from normal busy and congested tourist spots. The house is nestled deep within a residential neighborhood on a peninsula about two miles from the main highway which is the original Orange Blossom Trail, running north and south thru the entire state. Walmart and shops and restaurants are close by and we are only a few miles from The Villages, the largest retirement community in America, with free live entertainment every night of the year!
