Positive: Location. Price.
Negative: Self service laundry only open 9 am to 6 pm. Only one set of towels per day. Carpet needs cleaning. Left instructions for maid to leave an extra set of towels on one day and she only left washcloth and bathroom mat. Coke machine only accepts quarters and bills (no cc). Only a few channels on TV.
Summary: Cheap, but adequate if one is on a tight budget.
