The area is quiet and safe and the apartment is only 5min walking distance to the famous La Concha beach. It is the perfect starting point for you to discover all areas of the city.
Only 3 minutes walking distance you will find the Cathedral of Buen Pastor as well as the exclusive commercial area, artisanal bakeries and many cafes and pintxo bars.
