Sunny Side Up is an extraordinary custom built home in the Bayside Village with panoramic views-from the golf course, to the lighthouse, sunsets/sunrise's over the Chesapeake Bay. This beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 2 full and 2 (1/2) bathroom, home provides you a sense of comfort and tranquility as soon as you walk through the door. The first thing you will notice is the Carlyle heart pine floors, which is throughout the home. The nice open floor layout allows for plenty of space. There is a gourmet, fully equipped kitchen with custom backsplash and an island with more seating space. The relaxing custom bar room is a favorite, with a bar refrigerator and plenty of shelving and seating. The master bedroom has a king bed and a bathroom (equipped with a jacuzzi tub (no jets), walk-in shower, and double sinks), and the two guest bedrooms are on the second floor, one with a king, the other with two twin beds. The master bedroom has second floor balcony access for unforgettable panoramic views, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or orange juice. The third floor has two sleeping areas, a queen bed on one side, and two twins on the other.
The porch, screened in porch, and the balcony lets you take advantage of the alluring views, light breezes, sunshine, and the calmness of the Bay Creek community. This home is within walking distance or a short golf cart ride away from the Life Center, which has three pools, a slide, splashpad, and a state of the art fitness center. Use of Bay Creek's Life Center pool & fitness center requires a form to be filled out at least 5 days prior to your arrival & an additional cost of $75 per night of the entire duration of your stay. Another short distance is the 2-mile long private beach and the serene Chesapeake Bay. Enjoy a day at the beach, rinse off in the homes outside enclosed shower, and soak up more relaxation at Sunny Side Up.

Summary: Sunny Side Up is a charming, beautiful vacation home and worked for our family of 4 adults and 6 children. The home is nestled in a gated community that is clean, quiet, and safe. We were pleasantly surprised to find the home stocked with toilet paper, hand/dish soap, trash bags, and other essentials that you don't often find at vacation rentals.We retreated to the large screened in porch each morning. There were a few drawbacks. Most importantly, renters do not have free access to the fitness center and pool at the Life Center. We found out that there's an additional $75 a day fee to use these and families must make arrangements 5 days in advance. We were not aware of this when we booked the home as the description included details about the pool and fitness center as well as pictures highlighting them. The other things that didn't work well for our family was the temperature of the home on the 2nd/3rd floors was very warm (76-77 degrees even at night). The master shower door didn't close, the laundry room is tiny and the design makes it hard to do laundry, we weren't provided with a code to the garage to access the trash can (after a phone call to the realty office we were able to get a code). I'd also suggest the home supply 2 outdoor trash cans as we only stayed for 3 days and ours was overflowing. Lastly, while the home is close to the beach, beach access is a 5-10 min walk away (we drove and parked each day). Despite a few hiccups we enjoyed our time at Sunny Side Up.
