Positive: Friendly, helpful staff. Room was a good size and was generally quiet though the fridge was noisy. The bed felt like an old mattress and the pillow was too hard. The bedding did not seem clean - there was some blood on it and no sheets - which made me feel uncomfortable. The room could have been a touch cleaner and the hairdryer was very cheap/low-powered. The bathroom was spacious and there was good water pressure and hot water available. The location was great too. When I first arrived, the door had been kept wide open so there was a mozzie in the room which I wasn't happy about. They have a water cooler at reception so you can fill out your water bottle which was handy (and small bottles of water in your room for free). I liked the place in general but the bed/(dirty) bedding really put me off which was a real shame.
