This beautiful and modern vacation home is clean and ready for your next trip to sunny Florida!
Located near Walt Disney World and sleeping 6, you will find this lovely townhome a nice respite from your busy days at the
parks.
The townhome has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
The Queen bedroom is on the ground floor and has direct access to a full bathroom with a large shower, sink and toilet.
The King bedroom is upstairs and has a completely private bath with a double sink, walk-in shower and toilet.
The master opens to a private balcony and also faces south (perfect for your morning coffee).
The twin room has two twins, and a shared bath with a sink, tub and toilet.
You will love the screened in lanaiwith a “dip pool” and seating for outdoor relaxation.
The pool can be heated during the winter months,but know that the lanai faces south for optimum sun exposure.
The pool area does have a child safety fence.
The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen including a breakfast bar.
You'll find stainless steel appliances including coffee maker, hot pot, toaster, microwave oven, range, and dishwasher.
