"Sunny Rise Cabin" has the best of both worlds, Mountain View’s (the Blue Ridge Mountain's all year & Chimney Rock in late fall & winter) without the steep mountain roads, just 4 miles up the road from Lake Lure...Easy access paved roads & driveway, amazing sunrises over the mountains, fenced yard, small dog & kid friendly!!!! Lake Lure has the most beautiful weather year round, enjoy all 4 seasons! It’s also a plus to be able to see the fireworks on July 4th and New Year’s Eve from the back porch💥without the loud bangs!!! Meticulously maintained and for those who enjoy and respect a comfy home away from home!!! We do allow up to 2 small to medium non-shedding dogs preferred, must be up to date with flea & tick, vaccinations) NO CAT’S or any other species of animals are allowed (Please make sure to let me know what kind of dogs that you’re bringing & Check the pet fee box when you are booking) Close to everything Lake Lure has to offer! 5 minutes to Ingles grocery store! Make sure to read our amenities, there is no need to over load the car, we most likely have all you will need for your stay here at the cabin. If you have children that want to bring their bicycles we have a very long driveway for them to enjoy safely! Or you can spend sometime in Buffalo Creek Trails...biking & walking 🏃♀️🚴and of course "Chimney Rock Park" is a must hiking day!! We have a strong WIFI signal connection and it is complimentary! The cabin also has DIRECTV! Sunset is seen peaking through the trees from the kitchen/living room area while you enjoy cooking a meal in our well stocked kitchen & you can enjoy watching the kids on the old fashioned tree swing! Enjoy our living room gas fire place, outdoor gas fire pit or our wood burning fire pit in the lower yard! “4 miles to the Lake Lure Beach/Marina/Park/Chimney Rock Village” 5 minutes to Ingles Food Market, 20 minutes to the Equestrian Center, 45 minutes to Asheville for a day trip to the Biltmore, or visit one or all of the vineyards in Hendersonville where you will also find apple picking in the Fall 🍷🍎, snow tubing in winter & Historic Downtown Hendersonville, a beautiful 25 minute drive through Lake Lure, Chimney Rock & Bat Cave...easy access paved roads. Less than 30 min drive to Living Waters white water tubing & hiking to amazing waterfall's in Saluda. Moonshine Mountain is also in Hendersonville approx. 1 hour for snow tubing!! We have a 2200 sq ft 3 level Log home with quiet privacy, room for everyone to have their own spot of fun & peace. Hot Tub, pool table & Loads of outdoor & indoor games for Adults/Children, some have said there is no need to leave the property!!! Three small steps gets you to the entrance of the Main Floor where you will enter into the Kitchen/diningroom/livingroom area and there is a Master Suite with a Comfy King bed on this floor (great for grandparents) or those who have issues with stairs. Top Floor has 2nd Master Suite with Comfy California King bed, private balcony & loft area. The lower walk out level has an entertainment/TV room & the third bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed. Sleeps 7 comfortably (comfortable fold out bed for an 8th guest if needed, There will be a $50 fee for an eighth guest) We do not give discounts as we are already fairly priced for what this property has to offer inside, outside & the proximity to all that Lake Lure has to offer. We are a short term rental (minimum 4 nights but no longer than a week unless you speak to me first) No parties or reunion’s You must be 35 years and up to rent this home.
