This fully furnished and equipped home is located on open space, quiet, sunny and open floor plan with lots of natural light. The master is huge and has a large tub for soaking. It has a king bed and is outfitted with all linens, towels and has a very large walk in closet Bedroom two also has a king bed with linens. The third bedroom has a queen bed, also with linens. Dedicated office space with printer, desk and chair. Formal dinning room and breakfast table. Washer and dryer in the house. The kitchen is completely outfitted, including spices. Large fenced yard with a deck overlooking open space facing south. there is an outdoor table, umbrella and chairs, along with a BBQ grill. Double car garage. The house is just two blocks away from a huge park. Close to E470 for quick access to the airport and a ten minute drive from DTC.

Summary: This three bedroom house was great! We loved the neighborhood. Great for walks and trips to the playground with our grandson. The communication with owners was very quick, so we will be renting here again next year!
