Summary: Check in process is great all information needed was sent over before arrival. The living room has been updated a bit from the pictures with a new sofa that was very comfortable. New patio furniture was very useful. I found roaches crawling around the dishwasher area within the first 30 mins of arriving which was kind of disturbing. I tried to contact vacasa and they said I needed to take pictures and or go buy roach spray. I’m sorry but I’m on vacation this issue shouldnt have been put on me to resolve. Another complaint is the mattress in the master has 2 large craters on each side. Not very comfortable after a week. The walk to the beach is too far for our preference but the pool and hot tub off the patio is nice. Pots and pans are trash, there was a can opener but it was broken. Towel rack in bathroom was broken off silver ware tray was really dirty. I cleaned it so I could put clean dishes back in.
